Who we are
BrioMediaGroup is an idea by Bruno Giraldo. An independent editorial project dedicated to Italian and international underground music: articles, exclusive interviews, insights, events.
We don’t write reviews. We tell stories. Every record that passes through these pages becomes a narrative, every artist we interview brings a world worth exploring. Underground music is not to be rated — it’s to be lived.
We don’t chase the algorithm. We don’t follow trends. We follow music worth listening to — the kind that requires time, attention and the courage to look for it off the beaten path.
A two-way bridge
The core idea behind BrioMediaGroup is to build a real bridge between Italy and the rest of the world — in both directions.
On one side, we bring the most interesting international underground artists to Italian audiences — those who deserve to be discovered and find no space in mainstream media. On the other, we bring the best of what Italy produces away from the spotlight to international audiences — a rich, living scene that remains almost entirely invisible abroad.
It’s no coincidence that almost half of our audience is international. It proves the bridge works — and that there’s a world out there that was waiting for exactly this.
